Powerball Ticket Worth of $842 million sold in Michigan

The lucky ticket holder has two choices and can select one of them

• $842.4 million annuitized prize, payable over 30 years
• total amount of $425.2 million

Both options for prize are before taxes.

More best-winning tickets include four sold in Connecticut, California, Maryland, and Florida and they won prizes worth of 1 million dollars because they matched all five white balls. From Texas and Florida, two tickets matched all five white balls and won prizes of two million dollars by including the option of Power Play for an extra $1 per play. 

According to the statement of Harris on Tuesday, the winner will have to contact the Michigan Lottery which is actually not unusual. The winners also have a period of year to claim their winnings.
