Ingredients
- 450 g/1 lb tomatoes, quartered and skinned
- One small onion, sliced
- One small green (bell) pepper, quartered
- 5 ml/1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (dill weed)
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 450 ml/3/4 pt/2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- pepper and salt
Instructions
First, take a food processor or blender, and Puree all the ingredients until smooth. Adjust the seasoning after checking to taste. Now chill it and then serve sprinkled with black pepper.
