Old age people especially women can face Heel Pain. This pain is also called Heel spur syndrome and there can be a lot of reasons for this problem. There are a few methods you can use to get rid of this pain.

Sometimes this pain also can be felt at all sides of the heel. The pain at the downside of the heel is the result of over-pressed. This is also not good for the tissues of the feet. The pain at the behind of the heel can be due to any injury in the muscle that comes from shin to heel.
