Instructions
Take one kilo of potatoes, wash them first, peel them, and then cut them into long pieces like chips. After that, clean them and boil them in a pot with water, add a little salt, then mix the cornflour and egg in a pot, heat the oil in a pan, dip the chips in the cornflour, and put them in the cooking oil. When the chips turn light brown, place them on tissue paper so that the oil is absorbed. The delicious chips are ready.
